Paulo dos Santos Sousa

Paulo dos Santos Sousa is an architect and photographer whose practice explores the relationship between architecture, urban space, and human presence. Graduated in architecture from the University of Porto, his work has been shaped by living across three continents and engaging with diverse cultural and spatial contexts. Having collaborated with multiple architectural offices and with Swiss artist Not Vital, he developed an interdisciplinary approach that moves between architecture, visual art, and documentary photography. Through attentive compositions focused on light, atmosphere, and spatial narratives, his images investigate how built environments are experienced, transformed, and inhabited.
