Architecture is, without any doubt, linked to photography, and my passion for the latter has gradually grown, becoming a common means of capturing the unusual and various places discovered through many journeys. Active in both professional practice and education, the built space is a major subject of my own photographs, through its variety and quality. Any trip – shorter (a scientific conference, a trade fair, a sports competition) or longer (a winter or summer vacation, a student traineeship, a world exhibition) – to a new location represents for me an opportunity to encounter architecture from other areas or cultures, immortalizing both constructive innovations and traditional techniques.

Ice-skating on natural frozen waters, in the vicinity of ships that currently navigate through Stockholm, is a popular sport among locals. However, shy people (especially foreigners) do not venture too far, staying on the waterfront. Tourists are often attracted by the novelty of this activity, promoted as a guided tour of varying durations and lengths.
