In this subcategory, eligible submissions include urban strategies, master plans, general urban plans, territorial planning projects, urban revitalisation projects, and urban strategies completed or currently under implementation/approval during the period from July 2024 to July 2026.

What projects cand be submitted in this subcategory?

In this subcategory, the following types of projects are eligible for submission:

  • urban strategies;
  • masterplans;
  • general urban plans;
  • territorial planning;
  • urban revitalisation projects;

Projects submitted in this category must have been completed, be under implementation, or have received final approval during the period from July 2024 to July 2026. They must be located within the territory of the DKMT Euroregion or belong to authors with permanent residence in the region or who have completed their studies at a specialised university within this region.

Who can participate in this category?

In this subcategory, works may be submitted by architects, architectural engineers, urban planners, or landscape architects who are entitled to practice in accordance with the legislation of the country in which they carry out their profession, as well as teams coordinated by them.

DKMT

The DKMT Euroregion is a European cross-border cooperation region (DKMT referring to the territory between the Danube–Criș–Mureș–Tisa rivers) which currently includes the counties of Timiș, Caraș-Severin, Arad, and Hunedoara in Romania, the counties of Csongrád and Bács-Kiskun in Hungary, and the province of Vojvodina in Serbia.
